This site aims at compiling resources in the field of the applications of magnetic resonance in the studies of all aspects of food sciences, from chemistry and physics of foods and food ingredients to food technology and engineering, food safety and nutrition and health.

The website also contains information and links relating to the International Conference on the Applications of Magnetic Resonance in Food Science (icamrfs), the principal event in this area held in Europe every 2 years. The conference has just held its 8th meeting in Nottingham, UK.
